Video footage from a Tucson police capturing that left a person useless at a south-side Circle Okay final month was launched Friday by the Pima Regional Essential Incident Crew.
Tucson Police Division SWAT officers had been conducting surveillance Aug. 25 on Francisco Galarza, 49, on the Circle Okay at 6090 S. Park Ave., in relation to energetic felony arrest warrants for dwelling invasion and financial institution theft, police mentioned.
